Content Officer

Megha is the designated Content Officer for the Law Society. She is responsible for planning and recording episodes for our' 100% Legal podcast. The preparation involves sourcing and contacting lawyers and legal professionals to get involved and speak on various topics. Further, Megha has taken on the responsibility of running our newest venture - the Law Society Blog. This new platform will allow us to engage collaboratively with our members as Megha creates post-event blog posts, including members' opinions.

Megha's role involves such a high level of dedication as we release three monthly podcast episodes, each of which requires hours of planning, preparation and editing to make them of the highest standard possible. Megha plans to make this year's podcasts more exciting and insightful and learn more about the non-commercial routes.

In addition to the podcast's high demands, our Blog is updated regularly and covers a broad range of law and non-law-based topics. Megha's goal of introducing more non-law-based issues is to ensure that our readers engage in a range of subjects that could interest them. Further, our Blogs are often based on events we have hosted, so our members can see what style of events we have and what others thought of them. Megha has many exciting plans for our Blog space and aims to ensure that our readers see it as a safe place to learn and enjoy.

Megha was enthusiastic about becoming part of the Law Society as she wanted to make the most out of her University experience; she now wishes she could have joined our Committee sooner! She finds it a brilliant way to showcase her ideas and creativity, in addition to connecting and networking with various lawyers.

The areas of law that Megha finds most interesting are International Family Law, Criminal Law, and Law and Gender.
